About Us

Hi, I am Andrea Maestretti.  I love all things antique, vintage, reclaimed, refinished, and repurposed. I have been painting, staining, and repurposing since 2015. I have had a booth inside of someone else’s shop since then and have always wanted to own my own shop.  When the opportunity came up to open Shabbi Shack in Burnet I jumped at the chance, dragging my mom into it with me. I wasn’t ready to give up my day job yet, so since 2019 my mom and I have been driving back and forth from Houston to Burnet every weekend to work and fulfill my dream and spend time together and my great friend Judy works during the week for me.
